What this notice covers
This notice covers HouseOfZeeva bakery enquiries, course and recipe offers, checkout, learner access, support, and website use. A cake enquiry requests a response; submitting it does not confirm an order, price, or availability.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we collect details you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, occasion, cake preferences, purchase and course-access details, support request, and communication choices. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We retain the applicable notice or terms version and operational records needed to handle your request or purchase.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process purchases and refunds, provide purchased course access, handle billing and support, protect accounts, and keep appropriate legal and accounting records. We may send the account, purchase, access, and support emails needed to provide those services.
Marketing email and your choice
We may send HouseOfZeeva or related GoldasDust Global and BakersPro marketing only when we have a documented basis permitted by applicable law, such as a separate express request or a qualifying existing relationship. Merely accepting site terms, signing in, making a cake enquiry, or requesting support is not recorded as express marketing consent. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary purchase, account, course-access, or support messages.
Optional campaign measurement
If you choose “Allow measurement,” we record a first-party random visitor and session reference, the page viewed, campaign labels such as UTM source and campaign, the referring website’s origin, and completed lead or checkout steps. We do not place Meta Pixel or send events to Meta at this stage. Raw advertising click identifiers, IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, full referring URLs, and contact details are not stored in the attribution ledger. Choosing “Essential only” prevents this optional measurement. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be cleared using your browser’s site-data controls.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Operational records are stored in private infrastructure including Firebase and approved payment, course-media, and email providers. Public visitors cannot read private customer or learner records. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers who need it to operate the relevant service.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting order, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business. We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to prevent public access; no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to use a form and contact us directly instead. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time, ask about your information, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.
